Ben Krawiecki, Executive Chef at a Fine Atlanta GA Restaurant

For Executive Chef Ben Krawiecki, food has always been a passion. In fact, he has been working in the restaurant industry since he was fourteen years old. “Great food brings people joy,” he said. “This is why I am a chef.”

Ben joined Marlow’s Tavern, our Atlanta GA restaurant, in the fall of 2008, having most recently served as executive chef at several of Atlanta’s culinary landmarks, including Luckie Food Lounge and The River Room. Prior jobs included serving on the opening team for The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida, where Ben’s responsibilities included breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Café, plus in-room dining. He later served as chef de cuisine of Hollywood Prime, the resort’s signature steak house.

A native of Atlanta, Ben earned a bachelor of science degree in Restaurant Management, with a minor in Hotel Management, from Florida International University. He also holds an associate degree in Culinary Arts from the famous Culinary Institute of America in New York.
